We are looking for a Compliance Officer H/F dynamic and motivated to complete our team.
Reporting to the General Management, you are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the Compliance policy.

Advise and assist the various departments of the company by proposing concrete and pragmatic solutions in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.
Write reports, briefing notes, opinions and conclusions.
Work closely with our internal and external legal advisors.
Draft, analyse and ensure a review of the acts and contracts that bind the company, ensuring that they comply with legislation and protect the company's interests.
Draft and update internal procedures and policies and ensure that they comply with applicable legislation and regulations.
Participate in discussions with the company's supervisory and regulatory authorities.
Participate in the management and processing of litigation.
Carry out legal monitoring from a legislative or regulatory point of view and anticipate the impacts on the company's activities.
Ensure the training of managers and employees concerned on procedures and regulatory aspects.
Holder of a higher education diploma ideally in Business Law or Banking Law.
You have a similar successful experience of at least 5 years in compliance, internal control and/or legal functions in banking.
You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Diplomat, discreet, you have a very strong sense of confidentiality.
You are rigorous, organized, autonomous, you know how to show initiative.
Pragmatically, you have a good sense of priorities and a good ability to adapt.
You have very good analytical, synthesis and negotiation skills.
Mastery of the Office package.
A good level of English is an asset.
